Couverture & The Garbstore brings its own unique style to London’s Notting Hill. Behind a deceptively small shop front located amongst the grand houses and sophisticated boutiques and restaurants of Blenheim and Elgin Crescents at the heart of Portobello, is a vast three storey concept store situated on the site of a former timberyard. 

The first and ground floors are devoted to owner Emily Dyson’s Couverture - a blend of womenswear and accessories, children’s and babywear, toys, jewellery, home accessories, furniture and covetable vintage finds, whilst the lower ground floor is devoted to co-owner Ian Paley’s menswear brand, Garbstore. As well as Paley’s selection of own label denim, retro tees and utilitarian jackets, there is a plethora of cult labels such as Gitman Bros, Mountain Research and Engineered Garments, many of these exclusive to Garbstore in the UK.  www.garbstore.com
